Unprofessional and kiddish people working here, their tele caller called me just before 5 mins and started getting angry over me because she tried reaching me last year and I had not responded to her. I told her that I must have been busy into something and this lady started to argue with me stating that I contacted so many times and the university will not function according to you. Such foolish employees should be removed from customer facing positions as they're incapable of handling them, else instead be removed from the company. Highly not recommended, not even bothered to share course details. Reporting right away so that people do not have bad experience and do not waste their time.
